Heir To A Vaquero
Storm is the perfect all-rounder. He has 3
lovely paces and a phenomenal extended trot. He has all of the manoeuvres and
paces ready to go and show in the Ranch classes. He is a quiet and forgiving
horse to ride and will provide a lot of fun for the right person. He has been
hacked out around the farm and thoroughly enjoys being out there. He also loves
a groom and a fuss in the stable. He would suit both a competitive or non
competitive home, or a mix.
Storm has only had one owner since weaning and
has been in full professional training at Sovereign Quarter Horses his
entire ridden career. He was started at 4 years old with 3 months riding and
then turned away to further mature before coming back into training later in
his 5 year old year, so he is low mileage for his age and was strong and
balanced when he started ridden work. He was bred at Sovereign and once weaned
lived on a livery yard for a year before returning to Sovereign living out full
time in a mixed herd until being started.
He is a strong horse with good bone and a leg
in each corner. He has been ridden by multiple people of different riding
levels and gone well under all. Storm has taken part in many clinics and summer
camps with his owner and her friends and has also been ridden in a paid warm up
and around a show last year, completely unphased by the show atmosphere.
Storm is only offered for sale due to his owner’s
change in circumstances and having to temporarily step back from riding for
health reasons and not wanting him to sit in a field when someone else could be
out having fun with him. A lot of time and thought has been put into this
decision to sell so the right home is top priority.
Please direct all enquiries about Storm to hello@sovereignquarterhorses.com and do not contact his owner directly.
