General Questions
Monday-Saturday, 9am-4pm
We can open the shop Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm, please contact us ahead to let us know you would like to visit so we can ensure someone is around to help you. We are also open during all of our events.

We do, however it is only open during our events, and not day-to-day.

We recommend Woodpaddock B&B, Elm Tree Inn, Fourwinds Leisure, The Hippodrome, The Causeway Guest House.
We also have limited electric hook up points and full toilet/shower facilities onsite if you have a caravan or horse box you wish to stay in.
Western Riding Lessons Questions
Our lesson diary opens two months ahead at a time. For example, November lessons will be available to book on the 1st of September.

£75/hour on an SQH lesson horse
£60/hour on your own horse.
Both prices are per person.
Riding Lessons: 24 hour notice is required for lesson cancellations, otherwise the lesson will be charged in full.
Please wear comfortable clothing such as jeans or jodhpurs/leggings. Footwear should resemble a jodhpur boot or should be a suitable riding boot if you already have these. Cowboy boots of course welcomed!
Yes we have hard hats available to borrow. Due to insurance, hard hats are mandatory.
Yes we have horses suitable for all levels of rider, please see our weight limit below.
Our weight limit for beginner and very novice or nervous riders is 14 stone and for more experienced riders it is 15 stone, due to horses we have available for each level of riding ability
Our age limit for lessons on our horses is 14 and over and 16 and over for western experience days.
Our latest lesson during BST is 4pm, between November-February it is 2pm and March-April it is 3pm.
We only teach Monday to Friday (may vary when events are running).
Our lessons are all private, however if you have a small group who wish to ride together (up to 3 people) we can accommodate this. Please note the price will be as above per person.

Western Experience Days: Non-refundable and non-transferable unless we can fill your place. In exceptional circumstances, any refunds given will be subject to an admin fee to cover processing costs and any food which has already been ordered.
Clinics: Non-refundable, you may sell your place to another rider, however all funds and communications must be handled by yourself and the other rider.
