Charlene Carter, along with her husband Mike, own ‘Carter Show Horses’ in Tennessee and have trained and shown multiple AQHA and Congress champions in numerous all around events. Charlene thoroughly enjoys judging and has had the opportunity to judge worldwide including AQHA and APHA World and European Championships, Quarter Horse Congress, NSBA World Show and many more!

Charlene also was also the head coach for the 2016 and 2018 AQHA UK Youth teams at the Youth World Cup who were very successful on both occasions.

David, Sarah and Olivia have all been coached by Charlene and Mike many times and they use their training techniques with horses and riders every day. This clinic is a great chance to really improve your riding and your skill set, regardless of the disciplines you ride in, Charlene can help you and your horse improve.

Clinic Format: The clinic will be run over two days with two groups riding each day, with both groups having a 1.5 hour session in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Saturday 8th: Working Western Rail and Ranch Riding

Sunday 9th: Horsemanship

If there is enough interest for a different discipline such as Showmanship or Trail, or more Ranch Riding, we will run a group for these on Sunday. Please email us to register your interest in these and we will let you know if it is possible.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on this clinic once bookings have been made. You may find another rider to take your place on the clinic, please ensure any rider taking your place contacts us so we can send them relevant details for the event. All money must be handled between yourself and the other rider.
