New Walk-Jog Class Procedures
We have now separated our walk-jog classes into two levels at our All-Breed Shows to ensure a fair and level playing field for all riders.
Level 1 (L1) Walk Jog Classes: Riders who are in their first year of showing are eligible to enter these classes. If you have won a year end high point, have AQHA/APHA points or are out of your first year of showing you are not eligible to enter these class and must enter the Open Walk Jog.
Open Walk Jog Classes: Open to any rider, regardless of previous showing experience or awards. L1 riders may enter both Walk Jog classes if they wish, open riders cannot enter L1 classes.
Previous Rules Apply to Both Walk Jog Classes
Any horse, regardless of age, can be ridden in any AQHA legal bit, one or two handed in Walk Jog.
Riders entering either Walk Jog classes may enter the corresponding novice class but may not enter the corresponding open class.
