The year’s show season hit it off to a great start! Our first show in March had fantastic entries with the walk/jog classes all being very well supported with 11 entries in each class, this is the biggest class we have seen yet.
The points system is well under way and we are presenting high point sashes at each show for Walk/Jog, Horse & Rider, and Youth. We have had over 70 horse/rider combinations enter the shows throughout the year with a lot of new faces too. Our walk/jog classes gained new competitors as each show went by and by October there were 15 entries in each walk/jog class. We held our championship show on the 27th October and made it an AQHA special event. We had 30 horses take part in our championship show, it was a little chilly, but everyone had a good day. Congratulations go to our day high point winners:
Horse & rider day high point was Jane Windsor & Kernow gold rush
Youth day high point was Lily Eales Polland & La Amanecida
